MINT CHOCOLATE SANDWICHES 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. Karo light syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
Chocolate covered mint patties

Mix 2/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Add 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips (melted), 1/4 cup Karo light corn syrup. Then add 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Chill for 3 hours. Roll in 1 teaspoon size balls in sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Sandwich mints between warm cookies.
