APPLE CRUNCH | |
4 c. apples, pared, and sliced 3/4 c. 100% orange juice 1 tsp. fresh lime juice 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. wheat germ 2 tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Layer apples in 1-quart casserole. Combine juices and cinnamon and pour over apples. Combine cracker crumbs and wheat germ with butter and sprinkle over apples. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer. Yield: 10 1/3 cup servings. Calories: 153. Cholesterol: 25 grams. Protein: 2 grams. Fat: 5 grams. |
