BLONDIES 
2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. firm packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. flake coconut

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.

2. Stir flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl.

3. Beat together butter and brown sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Mix in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Fold in coconut and pecans. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched with finger tip. Cool in pan on rack. Cut into 24 Blondies.
