BLONDIES 
2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9"x2" pan. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl to mix well. Reserve. Beat together butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until well blended. Mix in vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Fold in pecans and coconut until well blended. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan with rubber spatula. Bake for 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 24 Blondies.
