MORNING SPECIAL 
4 eggs
Pillsbury Crescent rolls, 1 can
3/4 c. milk
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
8 oz. sausage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch of oregano

First, brown the sausage. Lay the crescent rolls flat in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Put the grated cheese over the rolls. Crumble the sausage over the cheese.

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Add salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Pour over the cheese and sausage. Bake 20-25 minutes in a 375 degrees over until top is golden brown. (Inserted fork will come out clean when done.)
