GOOD MORNING SANDWICH 
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
6 English muffin halves
6 tbsp. butter
6 slices 1/8 inch cooked ham
6 maraschino cherries

Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Stir in pineapple, sugar, nutmeg. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until mixture is slightly thickened. Toast muffins, spread with butter. Roll up ham slices jelly roll style. On each muffin place 1 ham roll-up and top with 2 tablespoons pineapple mixture. Garnish with cherry if desired. 6 servings.
