CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
Chocolate cookie crumb enriches this easy to make but dramatic dessert. It can be prepared ahead and frozen. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

CRUST:

3 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted

FILLING:

1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 c. whipping cream
6 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
4 egg whites, room temperature

TOPPING:

2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
