EGG-FREE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
4 oz unsweetened chocolate (not pre-melted)
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups whipping cream (1 pint)
9-inch pie shell

Combine chocolate, milk, and vanilla, and microwave on high 2-4 minutes, stirring after each minute. Cool to room temperature for about 1 1/2 hours.

Whisk until smooth. Whip heavy or whipping cream until stiff peaks form when beater is lifted from bowl.

Gradually fold in chocolate mixture. Pour into shell and refrigerate for several hours.

If this recipe is supposed to be sweet then something is wrong. It is a bitter chocolate taste.

I used sweetened baking chocolate and added 1/4 c. powdered sugar to the cream when I whipped it, and it was a delicious pie.
