EGG-FREE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE | |
4 oz unsweetened chocolate (not pre-melted) 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk 2 tsp vanilla 2 cups whipping cream (1 pint) 9-inch pie shell Combine chocolate, milk, and vanilla, and microwave on high 2-4 minutes, stirring after each minute. Cool to room temperature for about 1 1/2 hours. Whisk until smooth. Whip heavy or whipping cream until stiff peaks form when beater is lifted from bowl. Gradually fold in chocolate mixture.
