BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
10 slices bread
3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 lb. pork sausage (or 2 c. ham)
2 cans mushrooms, drained
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can golden mushroom soup

Cube bread (no crusts) and place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer sausage (or ham) and 1 can of mushrooms (drained) over bread. Beat eggs and mix with milk and mustard. Pour over sausage layer and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, mix soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over top of casserole. Use remaining can of mushrooms for garnish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 8-10 people.
