BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 eggs (2 per person - serves 6)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. mushroom pieces
3/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. link sausages

Beat eggs, add milk, soup, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Spray 9x12 pan with Pam.
