BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
9 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
3 c. milk
1 tbsp. mustard
9 slices bread, cubed
Salt & pepper to taste

Place bread cubes in a 9 x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with shortening. Sprinkle cheese over cubes. Fry sausage and drain. Arrange over cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight.

Just before baking, add topping (can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with the 1/4 cup milk). Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Can be frozen without the topping. Let thaw and add topping just before baking.
