CHICKEN MOZZARELLA 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
6 lg. chicken breasts
2/3 c. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brush bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with oil. Mix Parmesan cheese, Bisquick, Italian seasoning, paprika and pepper. Coat chicken. Arrange skin sides down in pan. Bake 45 minutes. Turn chicken; divide chili sauce among chicken and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes.
