MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS | |
4-6 boneless chicken breasts 2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. lemon juice 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. garlic, minced 4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed 1/2 c. butter In large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well with spoon. Wash off chicken. Add chicken to mixture, coating each piece thoroughly. Let stand overnight. Take chicken out of mixture. Roll in corn flakes crumbs, coating evenly. Arrange in shallow pan. Melt butter and spoon over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt 1/2 cup butter; spoon over chicken again. Bake 15 minutes more. |
