PEPPER RELISH 
12 green peppers
12 red bell peppers
4 hot peppers
12 onions
1 qt. vinegar
4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 box mustard seed

Grind peppers and onions in food grinder; pour boiling water over them and let stand for 10 or 15 minutes. Drain. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Stir. Pack in jars. This relish was a winner at the Maryland State Fair. 6 to 7 pints approximately.
