BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
6-8 pieces of dried beef
6-8 slices bacon
1 c. light sour cream
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can "lite" cream of mushroom soup

Spray baking dish with Pam. Place dried beef in bottom of dish. Wrap bacon around chicken, place on top. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake approximately 30 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Lower heat to 300 degrees, take foil off and bake approximately 1 hour or until starting to brown. Recipe can be halved.
