PEA SOUP | |
1 lb. green peas 2 med. potatoes, diced 2 ham hocks 1 med. onion, chopped fine Clean and sort peas into large pot with ham hocks, onion and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Last 30 minutes add potatoes and taste for salt and add 1 teaspoon if necessary. Serve hot with biscuits. |
