MEXICAN ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can cooked artichokes, mashed or cut up
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sm. can diced green chiles (mild or hot)
Ground black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serve with crackers or cocktail bread.
