6 lean pork chops
6 slices lemon
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar

Put pork chops in casserole or baking dish and put a slice of lemon on each. Sprinkle with brown sugar and add ketchup. Cover and bake in a slow oven until tender, uncovering the last few minutes to brown chops. If the ketchup cooks out or if you want more gravy, add 1/2 cup of water.
