PORK CHOP SUPREME | |
6 pork chops 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. water DRESSING: 3 c. bread crumbs 1/3 c. chopped celery 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. melted butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt and pepper 2 tbsp. parsley flakes Brown pork chops. Put in roaster. Make dressing and spoon onto each pork chop. Dilute soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over pork chops and dressing. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
