SPINACH SALAD 
Fresh spinach
1/2-1 lb. bacon, diced & fried until crisp
1 sm. tomato, chopped sm.
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3 hard boiled eggs
1 sm. red onion, sliced into thin rings
Sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. sugar or equivalent artificial sweetener
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar

Combine all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss. Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender until smooth. Salad can also be served with honey mustard dressing.
