SPANISH RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
3/4 lb. sausage
1 can tomatoes

Cook rice. Cook sausage and drain well. Separate tomatoes and juice. Blend tomatoes, then mix with rice and sausage. Add tomato juice, do not make too soupy. Put in casserole and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
