SPANISH RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 sm. jar mushrooms
1/4 c. onions
1 c. Minute Rice, cooked
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and chopped onions, drain grease. Add tomato soup, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Mix well and add rice until well blended. Pour half of mixture in large casserole bowl and sprinkle half of package of Mozzarella cheese on top. Pour remaining mixture in dish and top with remaining cheese. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
