POTATO NACHOS 
10 oz. baking potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 c. salsa
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 oz. shredded low fat cheddar
2 tbsp. chopped chilies (optional)

Arrange slices in 9 inch pie plate overlapping. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked. Sprinkle evenly with remaining ingredients. Microwave uncovered 1 to 2 minutes on high, until cheese melts. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
