2 pkg. frozen kernel corn
1 lg. green pepper, cubed
1 lg. red pepper, cubed
1 lg. onion, chopped
Parsley
1/4 of Italian dressing mix
butter to taste

Saute peppers and onions until translucent. Add corn, dressing mix, and parsley. Mix thoroughly. Add butter.
