1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix in order given. Pour into a large buttered cookie sheet. Flour hands and press dough out evenly over sheet about 1/4-inch thick.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375°F. Cut into squares while warm.
