CHEWY CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES 
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. biscuit baking mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Hershey's vanilla milk chips
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/4 tsp. salt

Can also use 1 (12 oz. pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, stir cocoa and butter until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Let dough stand 10 minutes. Drop by heaping teaspoonsful onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until set (do not over bake). Cool 5 minutes; remove from baking sheets. Cool completely. Store tightly covered. Makes about 4 dozen.
