SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. hamburger
5 tsp. Morton's Tender Quick Salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 tsp. hickory smoked salt

Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Knead every for 3 days. On fourth day, shape into 5 rolls. Bake at 175 degrees for 5 hours on broiler pan or rack. (Can be frozen.)
