1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pie filling
1/2 c. coconut
Pineapple juice

Blend the first 4 ingredients well. Thin mixture to desired consistency with pineapple juice. Serve with apples, pineapple, banana or any fresh fruit tray.
