CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
4 c. white sugar 1 pt. marshmallow creme 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 lb. butter 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped Cook evaporated milk, sugar and butter to soft ball stage, about 9 minutes. Then add chocolate chips, walnuts and vanilla. Remove from heat for 15 minutes before adding marshmallow creme. Beat well. Put in 2 square pans. Cut when cool. This will make 4 pounds. |
