12 oz. sharp cheddar
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. flour

Grate cheese. Mix cheese, butter, salt and pepper together in mixer. Add flour. Pinch off a large ball of dough and put in cookie presser. Using star design press out straws on cookie sheets.

Bake in 350°F oven for 15 minutes. Do not let get brown.
