CHEESE STRAWS OR PENNIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cream butter and cheese until smooth, add flour and pepper; blend thoroughly. Use cookie press to make straws or roll into balls and flatten with thumb.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
