SHRIMP MOLD 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
2 cans tiny shrimp
1 can tomato soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 env. Knox gelatin, unflavored

Mix celery, onion, cucumber, shrimp and mayonnaise. Heat soup (do not boil). Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add gelatin and cream cheese to soup. Beat 2 minutes. Add soup mixture to shrimp and vegetables. Mix, pour into 4 cup mold, refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
