PORK & SAUERKRAUT 
3 lb. pork bones
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 apple, sliced thick
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained & rinsed

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Place in 6 quart pot. Add broth and garlic. Cover and simmer 1 hour over low heat. Cover with caraway seeds and sauerkraut. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add apple slices 15 minutes before meat is done.
