1 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Mix together sugar and syrup and boil until dissolved. Add the peanut butter and cereal. Put into greased pan. Melt the chips and spread over the bars.
