1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch or flour
2-4 eggs
1/2 - 1 lb. Swiss cheese strips
Salt to taste (1 1/2 tsp.)
2 sm. onions, sauteed
1 pkg. spinach, trim

Mix milk, cornstarch, eggs and salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into uncooked 9 inch pie crust. Bake 30 minutes in hot oven, 350 degrees.
