FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. bottle cherries, cut up and drained
1 pkg. marshmallows, cut up in sm. pieces
1 lg. can crushed pineapples, drained
1 c. pecans (more if desired)

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, beat until foamy

Add juices from cherries and pineapples. Cook until thick and smooth. Let cool and add chopped cherries, pineapple, marshmallows, and nuts. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Next day, add 1 package whipping cream and sweeten to taste and pinch of salt. Combine with other ingredients and freeze in ice trays or large pan. It serves 10 to 12 people.
