BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 c. onions
1/4 c. batter
1 lb. sliced mushrooms, drained
2 lb. steak, cut up
2 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon soup
2 tsp. salt
Garlic salt
1/4 c. ketchup

Saute onions in butter, add mushrooms. Brown steak in same pan. Add 2 cans bouillon soup, salt, garlic salt and ketchup. Cook 15 minutes. Add 2/3 cup bouillon with flour mixture to thicken. Cook 1 minute. Add onions, mushrooms. Cook 1 minute and add 2 cups sour cream. Stir and serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6-8.
