PEAR MINCEMEAT 
7 1/2 lbs. pears, peeled
1 lb. raisins
3 lbs. sugar
1 orange
1 lemon
1 apple with peel
1 c. vinegar
1 c. grape juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tbsp. mace
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Grind peels, oranges, pears, lemons, apples and raisins. Add spices and juice. Cook 2 hours. Yield: 6 pints or 4 quarts.
