MINCEMEAT 
3 bowls cooked meat, ground (use wild meat, if desired)
3 bowls peeled raw apples, diced
1 scant bowl vinegar
1 bowl cider or apple juice
1 scant bowl ground suet
2 bowls whole raisins
5 bowls brown sugar or 4 white and 1 bowl molasses
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cloves
Juice of 3 lemons or 8 tbsp. concentrated lemon juice

Cook until raisins and apples are done. Seal in hot jars.
