MEATBALLS AND SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs, crushed fine
1 sm. onion, diced
Salt and pepper (sparingly)
1 can tomato soup

1. Mix above ingredients together. If more liquid needed, add a small amount of tomato juice.

2. Form into ball shape using an ice cream scoop to form the balls.

3. Place in baking pan in a single layer.

SAUCE:

2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a sm. amount of water

1. Mix above ingredients together, pour over meatballs.

2. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

3. Baste meatballs with sauce at least once during baking time.
