RICE PILAF 
1 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice

Cook rice according to package directions. While it cooks, melt butter and saute almonds until browned and remove from pan. Saute onions and celery until crisp tender. Add water chestnuts and soy sauce. Mix all together with rice and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in large baking dish for 30 minutes, covered. May be prepared ahead, refrigerate and baked just before serving. Serves 10.
