GARLIC CHICKEN 
Chicken breast in lg. pieces
Pam
Mushrooms (whole)
Garlic cloves, crushed (to taste)
Lemon juice (to taste)

Brown chicken in Pam (use wok or large frying pan). Add garlic and lemon juice and simmer. When almost ready to serve add mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Can be served over rice or linguine for non-dieters and they won't even know how healthy it is.
