MICROWAVE CORN PUDDING 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in sugar and flour. Add corn, milk, and seasonings. Combine well. Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Rotate 1/4 turn. Microwave on medium-high 18-20 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn every 5 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. The center will be soft. Yield: 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
