Combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed. Roll into 1-inch balls. Press flat with a floured fork onto cookie sheet (I use Silpat).

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Note: If too moist put back in oven for a minute or two.
