2 pkg. lady fingers 1 jar raspberry seedless jam 1 can sliced cling peaches (lg.) 1 heavy cream Slivered almonds 1/3 c. sherry 1 pkg. frozen raspberries, drained 2 pkg. vanilla pudding (cooked) In large glass bowl, open lady fingers. Spread jam inside, then close again like sandwiches. Line bottom and sides of glass bowl, pour sherry over lady fingers. Drain peaches, layer over lady fingers. Add 1/2 raspberries all around. Next layer with cooked vanilla pudding. Pour when hot; let cool. Cover with foil. Make 24 hours in advance. Before serving, whip cream. Add raspberries and almonds. |
