SAUSAGE BREAKFAST RINGS 
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed according to pkg. directions
1 lb. bulk sausage (med.)
1 onion, chopped fine
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage with onion, seasonings and parsley. Drain well and cool.

Beat 1 egg then add to sausage mixture along with shredded cheese.

Roll out each loaf of bread dough to a 6x18 inch rectangle. Spoon sausage mixture onto dough. Start rolling from long ends, pinch and seal. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet, shaping each roll into a circle. Slash top of rings 1/2 inch deep and 1 1/2 inches apart with a knife.

Beat remaining egg and brush on rings. Let rise until double in bulk, about 35 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This freezes and stores well.
