POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 box white or yellow cake mix with pudding 1 c. cold water 5 eggs 2 tsp. almond extract 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 1/2 c. oil 1/4 c. poppy seeds Mix all ingredients together and beat for 3 minutes with mixer. Pour in greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. FROSTING: Powdered sugar, butter, evaporated milk and 1 teaspoon almond extract. |
