SHRIMP SCALLOP 
2 c. white sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. shrimp
1 c. peas
4 hard boiled eggs, cut up, not too fine
1 c. buttered crumbs

Use 2 good tablespoons of flour in white sauce. Also use liquid from shrimp to make 2 cups of milk. Bake 25 minutes in oven about 400 degrees. Save enough buttered crumbs for top. Stir the rest in scallop.
