HARBORTOWN OMELETTE | |
1 lb. sausage 1 sm can mushrooms 1/4 c. diced green pepper 1/4 c. onions, diced 1 can mushroom soup 4 eggs Shredded cheese cheddar Prepare sausage, drain off fat and return meat to skillet, add mushrooms green pepper, onions and cream of mushroom soup, cover and continue cooking on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When all is done, scramble eggs, place sausage mixture in tortilla shells with eggs on top and shredded cheese. Heat from omelette will melt cheese, grits or toast could be used or biscuits. |
