AMBROSIA SALAD 
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
32 miniature marshmallows
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Lettuce
1 can pear halves, drained
1/3 c. flaked coconut

Refrigerate evaporated milk in bowl until cold. Mix together mayonnaise, 4 teaspoons lemon juice, salt and sugar. Fold in marshmallows, refrigerate about 1 hour, stirring 2 to 3 times.

To serve, whip milk with chilled beater; stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fold into dressing. Arrange lettuce on salad plates, top with pear halves, sprinkle with coconut and spoon on marshmallow dressing. Makes 6 servings.
